Billinudgel is a town in northeastern New South Wales, Australia in Byron Shire. It is on the Pacific Highway, close to Byron Bay and the Queensland border. The name Billinudgel is derived from Bundjalung Bilihnadhihl, meaning "once belonged to a parrot".
