Bogan Gate is a small village in the Parkes Shire of the Central West of New South Wales, Australia. The village's population is less than 200.Bogan Gate lies in wheat and sheep growing country and is on the Sydney - Broken Hill rail line, and it is the junction for the Trundle Tullamore Branch line.

Bogan Gate is a progressive little village with a Memorial Hall, School, Post Office, Police Station, Hotel/ Motel (Meals Available), Service Station, General Store/ Newsagency & Takeaway.There is an outstanding Craft Shop in the old Railway Station which is open weekends & Public Holidays (which fall on a Monday), from 10am - 5pm. Devonshire Teas are also served.

A great rest stop for the weary traveller is Burrawang Park, where you will find a children's playground and BBQ facilities. The nine hole golf course and night-lit tennis courts also provide some great recreation options.
