Come-by-Chance is a locality in the Pilliga district of northern New South Wales, Australia. It is located about 100 km north of Coonabarabran in the Walgett Shire.

The town was named after a nearby property. Each year it attracts several thousand spectators to the Come-By-Chance Picnic Race Meeting.

In Come-By-Chance one side of the road doesn't talk to the other. This is because one side is a cemetery.
