Located in the South East Coast area of Tasmania, Beaumaris is in the Northern Midlands local government area, and within the electoral seat of Lyons.

Beaumaris is a rural locality within Break O’Day in the North-east region of Tasmania. The town is facing the Tasman Sea, north east coast of Tasmania. It is principally composed of beach-front properties, many of which are holiday or rental accommodation.

Most properties in Beaumaris are beachfront. This area is commonly known for surfing and fishing. It is a great place to chill out and spend time with nature with your family and friends.

Beaumaris is 240kilometres from the capital city of Hobart and can be reached within three hours of travel via National Highway 1 and Esk Hwy/A4.
