Cannons Creek is a coastal village on the northern shore of Westernport Bay, a little west of fellow townships Warneet and Blind Bight and about 60 km SSE of Melbourne, the capital city of Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Casey.

Casey is Victoria’s most populous municipality, with a current estimated population of over 226,000. It has an area of 407 square kilometres. The City is named after Lord Casey. It was formed in 1994 by the merger of most of the City of Berwick and parts of the Shire of Cranbourne and City of Knox.
